Parts & labor warranty

Every repair we perform is backed by a warranty of up to 1 year on both parts and labor. If the same problem returns within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Genuine OEM parts

We install genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer parts. OEM parts fit correctly, last longer and keep the manufacturer’s certification of your appliance intact.

Service policies

• Upfront estimate before any work begins — you approve the price first.
• The diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total cost of the repair (if applicable).
• Appointments are confirmed by phone or text; we call 20–30 minutes before arrival.
• Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
• We treat your home with respect: shoe covers, mats and full cleanup after work.
